Whatever you want to call it – we carry out an assessment of where you are in your sales department right now. The process is tailored to suit your business but typically will involve carrying out a “Stop; Start; Continue” exercise with all the sales team, including a short one to one interview. More time will be spent with each of the managers on a one to one basis and also observations made “on the job”.

Normally once the output document has been assessed it is clear that further actions should be taken to improve sales team performance and/or processes.

Since 2013 Gavin has been running Winning Edges Consultancy Limited – a Sales, Marketing and Training Consultancy for the hospitality industry.
One of the cornerstones of the training is Meetings and Event conversion training where evidence shows dramatic increases in conversion and average booking value after utilising the techniques trained in to the teams.
Recently Gavin has also qualified as a Mental Health First Aid trainer and Winning Edges Consultancy Ltd now has two operating companies – Winning Edges for the sales and training side and Balancing Edges for the Mental Health & Wellbeing side.”
Leigh is recognised as a key leader, both within her businesses and the wider within the meetings industry.
Leigh was also HBAA Chair in 2016 where she remains a board member today where she continues to champion Mental Health as an association initiative. Leigh also held the position of chair of GTMC conferences, events and meetings steering group.
